I've no doubt Majors will be interested in the ROF Chromite but hard to see Xstrata being one of them.

Xstrata have too much capacity in S. Africa and fairly low cost operations with more than 30 years of resources. At present they've cut back hard to choke supply and are running at 20% of capacity. Not exactly the time they'd be looking for more capacity.
