This NR regarding BMK and the 5 million shares of WSR now WPR they received are no longer 5 million shares today. Would it not be more like 500,000 now since WSR (WPR) had their revers split?

Again here i'm flying blind with a shaky memory but it seems to me that the reverse split occurred just a short while ago while we were in the throws of the bad economy. If this is the case, any shares being held are not imune from the reverse split.

Correct me if I'm wrong on this. Not that this really has anything real significant to do with the great observations and DD...:)
