No Poly, the point is proving manipulation and/or a conspracy is very difficult. In the real POLICING world(not TV) it takes, warrants, seizure of documents, computers and and other record's. For most conspiracy cases it also takes months if not years of wire taps. You than have thousand of hours pouring over information trying to connect dots. Then even with all that evidence, often a conspiracy case is still very difficult to prove in a Court of law where the standard is absolute, having to prove," beyond a doubt".

My intent was to point out even big companies that make real money believe their shares are being manipulated.
