From a political/ego position I can see your point..... being able to contribute to the announcement to add to his credits. Be that as it may, anyone with savvy would know that a person fresh onto the job had little to do with what went before, including our new CEO. They will have to put in the time like anyone else to get any real recognition for which they are deserving. The fact of the matter is that fundamentally there is likely very little that has taken place in the last months that wasn't set in motion long before and continuing to be handled by those that were largely involved in setting it in motion in the first place. As of late I think there have been staff changes that will bring about changes. Birds of the feather are gathering for the big loaf of bread feast in the park.

We'll see if your prediction is true enough. I and many others will have our own feelings as to who the true players behind the scenes were bringing about any good news. A name on an announcement at this point is meaningless, it's the content we are interested in now.
