... is how you respond to it. I am pleased that folks are happy and joyous about the good progress NOT has made over the last while. I do believe one can be happy and level at the same time. Getting too happy is like having to much to drink.... you loose your judgement. By all means enjoy the overdue price spike, but remember the same "happy" that wells in people now is the same intoxication that lead people to ride NOT all the way down the last time. "The sp can't go any lower than this right?" Nothing is indestructible given the correct circumstances. No one could have imagined the demise of financial institutions and car manufacturers but that didn't stop it from happening. One should always have an exit plan and a worst case scenario in mind with a contingency plan. Those that don't are destined to repeat the same mistakes .... and some of us will.... because some of us can't help ourselves. Oh well, someone has to hold the bag right?

Any one who finds the above offensive needs to ask some questions. Posters should wonder why any of the pumpers would respond adversely to these posts. What do they stand to lose? There are many motives held by the posters on this site. You'll have to figure out what they are "Welcome to the game".
