Well it seems we missed the train, and any JV's that are pending .....so much for our new slate of management now we are on the outside looking in..

I am not a basher of this stock as I've held from the beginning (28 cents) and have sold and bought many times so the stock owes me nothing.

I am thoroughly disapointed with the new BOD as they remind of the PARROT group and NO Ihave not rec'd my voting rights yet.

I have only sent 1 message to this forum but follow it every day and have read ALL your messages. most are very interesting and thoughtful you are a very intelligent group.

Sorry for the verbal diatrab but as mytitle says Iam P.O'ed
