then can you answer me this question with all due respect. why bother having the proxy vote at all why not just let them do what ever they want when they how ever they want . i am not saying that i (we) could achieve much but the point is ,that it can send a message to the bod or to the individuals that the sh are not happy with them for what ever reason,i would like to think that people are mature enough to get over holding grudges and vote on the merits of the candidate (what have you done for the company ).etc etc (although there are exceptions to every rule ) . as i have said before ,people have gave there lives for people like us to be able to vote so please ,make sure that you ( everyone ) use that right which ever way you see fit. PS this is not an attack on anyone ,i just would like a reasonable answer. bushmils ( Paul )
