I often agree with your posts, but never moreso than the following:

"Contrary to what business sense tells me to do, I'm voting against the NOT BOD, not because I think it will have any affect, but on principle. I think that the forced single vote for the whole board is reprehensible and a demonstration that they take care of themselves first rather than the shareholder......big surprise. They've made a lot of PR mistakes right from the get go in spite of their high fangled pr company. Because they try to fix the votes for themselves by intimidating the shareholder to vote yes, as a total upheaval of the board would not be healthy for the company in the short term, I am reinforced in my belief that this board does not meet with my criteria for ethical practices. They may be the ones that bring in the do re mi but there are certain conditions I need to meet to maintain integrity. Money is not everything and I'd rather sleep at night."
