Contrary to what business sense tells me to do, I'm voting against the NOT BOD, not because I think it will have any affect, but on principle. I think that the forced single vote for the whole board is reprehensible and a demonstration that they take care of themselves first rather than the shareholder.

I just voted my Probe shares and the first vote is:

1. THE ELECTION OF MANAGEMENT"S NOMINEES FOR DIRECTOR FOR ..... withhold........

Unless there are other nominees there is really no reason to vote individually. I did not get a proxy for Freewest but I imagine theirs is the same way. Why is it so reprehensible and a demonstration that they take care of themselves first rather than the shareholder for them to do what is standard practice?

I agree I would rather have Freewest buy out NOT but this witch hunt on the BOD has gone far enough. If you do noy trust them sell your shares. But this self righteous lamenting is rather sickening.
