NOT has been little concerned about the state of the sp in any visible way for a significant length of time, likely because their interest in it is merely a function of what they want it to be from a tactical point. Presently, NOT wants FWR, thus they will likely move in such a fashion as to yield maximum impact at precisely the right time as they will want info. fresh in the minds of investors for when it comes time to vote, which will likely be when they have the packages ready to mail with the average delivery date calculated. Granted the AGM seems like a high profile time to let out news given it's close proximity to the NOT deal news, but I would suggest that NOT will follow a typical political election approach and wait to see what there opponents will deliver before they strike so as to have the most current fanfare. As for the SP inducement NOT could offer, this will also likely be a function of their best news and, again, won't happen until they think the timing is right. As for whether the news comes out tomorrow, I guess we'll know then.
