Maybe you picked up on it a bit wrong, G. I read it as; these individuals are going to be representing Noront in future discussions with the local first nations, or at least advising them on the best way forward. It is admittedly one of their absolute priorities to ensure proper dealings in this respect, and what better way to do so than select high profile persons to advise.
