so NOT fires off one of its big guns and misses (or so it seems right now) but FWR is still and persistently trading above the 4:1 threshold. What am I missing here? Another offer for FWR in the works either from NOT or another entity? NOT being held down so NOT's supporters can accumulate more? The accumulation of FWR appears too persistent for it to be an accident IMO.
