Has NOT as a buy as of Nov.7th...No target price is given...Previously,CIBC had NOT as a HOLD....So there is an upward trend...Certainly hope so.. I also believe there is supposed to be a analyst report from Dundee this week......BTW....Overnight Europe and Asia/Pacific are all green...Here is to a positive and exciting week for NOT....Regards...R R
