Just an addendum to my own post but given the persistent selling of FWR, the volume of FWR, the swooning share price of FWR and the tentatively rising share price of NOT, I think there is some possibility the talks with FWR's third party have collapsed. If that is so I wonder if FWR would announce that publicly.
