First of all my apologies to all for posting the following "what if" question.

I like the idea of getting let's say C$ 20,- for my shares but what if Noront decides to do it all by theirselves and do not sell out?

I'm a newbie but would that not create a lot more value of a longer term? Ofcourse we would face substantial start up costs but we all know there is a lot more in the ground to come.
