The Cliff deadline will expire sometime in Qr 1, 2010. Noront should announce that its deadline will expire before this in December 2009, or early 2010 if there are tax considerations. In any event FWR shareholders should be forced to decide on the NOT offer FIRST to arrive at a fait accompli. Psychology is all important here. They have to be made to **it or get off the pot, or otherwise this thing will drag on and on
