I suspect you guys have been naked shorted on those shares and because of that they were not reported to TSX. Not reported because no actual sale took place and you do not own any real shares.

The reason I believe, I could be mistaken, but I came across a while back on these boards a comment that naked shorting is illegal in Canada.
