I agree with you Jackie, I am 99% sure that we will be tendering our shares to NOT as well.

The real decision for me is, is it better to cash fwr and buy NOT or to take the offer and the warrants, my crystal ball better talk to me this weekend, if it sees $7 plus for NOT then the warrants are valuable....
