Having stepped out of the bidding process it would not surprise me in the least if Noront did what could be considered an about face and vote them favourably to Cliffs for monetary gain. Who knows, perhaps some unsuspected day we will be bought out by them.

It may defy logic but what logic is there? Money trumps just about everything in business.
