Buy back is not an option.

To do so requires cash to pay for the shares. Where would the money come from to do so. Most of the cash they have on hand was raised by the issuance of flo thru shares, where a committment was made to utilize this cash for exploration purposes such as drilling and associated expenses. They do not have the versatility to be able to divert that cash for any other purpose. End of story.
