There should be no need.
If I were a staff member at Noront's IR I would have a news page on the Noront web site and post there day to day events that are not worthy of a news release and that do not require the stock exchange's approval.
Hypothetical example:

Yesterday.
A hired heavy lift helicopter delivered the largest and heaviest piece of the first 2000m drill to Eagle's Nest. THe cost for this operation is $100,000.
Today.
Remaining pieces of first 2000m drill will be delivered by lighter helicopters.
One of the smaller drills from Eagle's Nest is being moved to AT12 to join one already drilling there.
Wes is in discussions with Webequie representatives.
Tomorrow.
The first 2000m drill will be assembled at the Eagle's Nest and will start work the following day. The crew for it will be from the smaller drill that was moved to AT12.
Geologists will decide on specific loction for the second drill at AT12 to drill. They are also examining the possible drill locations for the next two holes at JJJ and first hole for the big drill at Eagle's Nest.

No, this is not a job application.

(p.s. Instead of fielding constant questions through phone or e-mail, this should be a perfect answer.)
