So, how do you convince the government?? And, maybe the Aussie problem will help us without having to give the "Cash Cow" away. In any event, incentives NOW would be helpful, as our gov't has supposedly put a ginger toe in the water. And, so far that is all, and from what I am reading they are shilly-shalling already. Maybe, maybe not, etc.
