"Didn't chintz. Paid the ask." And good for you, a penny difference will not make your day.

With my day trading I always buy at the Ask and sell into the Bid price. This way I avoid the one or two lot trades which in turn punish me with broker commissions.

Closing sp today down 3 cents to $1.13. Guess no news tomorrow either.
