Cliff's is about to make a take out offer

One of these is true as we know with the new chrome hit.But what if the offer for NOT was true to.Cliffs heres about a new hit, they fire off some paperwork to NOT head office, NOT then makes deal with PRB to avoid the takeover, and Cliffs is left shaking their head not knowing what the heck just happened.
