I have been on a long siesta of late, and that may account for my seeming ignorance here.

Babjak appears to be onside with the present BOD and has stated that she will support them at the upcoming AGM. In light of that, I fail to see the importance of this proxy thing. Why not just vote your shares as recommended by the BOD, or give your proxy to Wes ?
