I am surprised that there were not more questions from the Institutional holders...Unless they have all the info that they need to know and that is why they took a position in NOT in the first place...They are not dummies and certainly do their own due diligence before getting involved with a company on the Venture...... Their DD would certainly be more intensive than anything that I could do...59% is high...I think I would be more concerned if they only held less than 10%...Just my thoughts....GLTA...R R
