I find the whole PRB thing suspicious. I suspect that the Noront institutions owned a fair number of shares in PRB and have managed to start selling out to unsuspecting pumped up retail. The chromite is not needed for years. PRB may never sell to Cliffs. This stinks of something and though I wish the PRB holders luck I think selling Noront to buy them is not wise. JUST my opinion.
