The mining industry has a long history of pumping ore, gravel and other products as a slurry. I set up a couple of small systems over the years and in this case they probably make good economic sense. Just pump slurry out, recovered water back and when the road gets built, sell the equipment (pipe and pump systems) to another miner for doing the same. Google dredges to see how common it is. This is not rocket science nor even very difficult, being a very cost effective way to deal with the terrain conditions present.
