I imagine these options have been granted under the auspicies of a various employee and corporate incentive plans. In fact, I believe the executive plan is the exact same as the prior year, as the 2010 plan was defeated at the AGM and retention of the existing was approved. If I recall the 2009 plan did not priortize (heavily weight) sp growth as a performance objective. So no real incentive in 2010 to improve it. To bad. Shouldn't be an issue in 2011 because the sp will be going up
