I am not surprised to see Tim so supportive of the RoF. Being from the small town of Fort Erie and having been minister of northern affaires and mining, no other leader is equiped to realize the potential, the real potential that is up there. Best situation for NOT is a conservative government majority or at least one supported by the NDP. I am still not sure how fast things would develop but at least provincial politics would not be an impediment.
