I understand this to be a TOTAL estimate of 600 mil. if they had to go it alone but Cliffs expects that they will have to pay out a partial of this cost. If they expect that then they must be concidering the west route also because the south route is no part of all the other FNs except Martens Falls. MF will get a road to them with a possible RR depot in the 10 year future timeframe if Enviormental gets OKd. Meanwhile it will be trucking for the first years along Noronts plan. They are still talking all season road and not railroad to start. The extra 1 mil direct ship ore will probably get allowed as long as a long term smelter contract is completed in Canada. We are a trading nation and cannot keep all products in-house.
