I was never further north in Ontario than Timmins and it was in the 80s.
Does that disqualify me from investing in companies of the Ring of Fire?
I hope not.
I would only use an excuse of a minister not visiting the Ring IF the decisions of that minister were faulty with regard to the Ring and detrimental to the province.
I suspect the book has yet to be written whether decisions of that minister are not adequate to the interests of the Ring or the province.
Last, ministers have much influence but they are not dictators in their ministries and are yes men/women when it comes to the premier and the province.
Any such verdicts now are very premature, imho. Thanks Sum.
I think this topic belongs more properly in the off topic area, yes just my opinion.
These are comments from a south Ontarian.
