Well, one could theorize that they are part of an action about to happen or they know of an action about to happen. I still feeling strongly, particularly given what is going on in Africa, that the forces have stirred and are girding their loins for action. We wait to see....perhaps consolidation/theft is coming sooner than later. Many possiblilities.
