Video discusses the summit on the weekend that discusses the location of the refinery.

"In anticipation of an announcement from Cliffs in the coming weeks"

Sudbury seems to be the base case scenario, with some FN wanting it in their own backyard.

Nothing new here, but always good to see things moving along...
