What no-one seems to realize that 'no-one' actually owns any land. It all literally belongs to the state. Just try not paying your taxes on it on time to see. You only have preferred occupancy while your rent (taxes) are up to date.

The same goes for the FN lands, they only have preferred occupancy until the state needs it, due to a treaty.
