and looking at history with the likes of spq and fwr, cliffs made an honest offer of 50% more than the actual price stating their offer was more than fair.

i believe spq went for.19c becuse their owner, nowak?, got tired.

sooo, it's to be assumed that a .59c offer for not would be more than generous in light of recent share performance.

should be an enlightening agm.
