I do not think so.

However offering about 150 milliom bucks for the company, or 20-25 cents a share just may get a majority of outstanding ones. Many funds just may take such an offer.

Same applies to Noront. an offer between a buck or two could do the same. It just depends on our fund holders as to when they would part and rob us long holders because with a majority of shares in one pair of hands could force the rest of us to accept a measly offer. That is the danger in this sp depression.
