The problem is non-existent volume. If the so called big players were a part of this we would see massive volumes. Small volume = small players, desperate hands selling at low, low prices. The big boys were buying at much higher prices. RCF and Baosteel being two examples. The TSX-V is in shambles and big institutions will not touch anything in this sphere right now. When the smoke clears, they will be back with a vengeance, snapping up the quality companies so fast it will make our heads spin.
