Yes John you are right, he is talking to a bigger audience. The problem remains that for the most part this bigger audience is the average Joe out there busting his buns to make his daily bread. He could give a rats ass about comments like this from Clement. Anyone involved at all in these northern Ontario projects is well aware of the issues to be overcome.
