since the rof has not been kind to them, 'someone' should offer them .10c for the land they got in the deal with spq. i believe their offer was for .19c and they indicated they were overly generous with that offer. had nowak not become so tired, the price might have been in the mid 20's.
i believe fwr went for .55c and initially clf stated their land was not worth much and again, a huge favour was done in offering fwr shareholders that high a price. so in these times, 'someone' could offer clf maybe 25c for the fwr properties, seems fair.
and if clf wants entirely out of the rof, i assume there would be 'someone' there to make a reasonable offer of the kind offered to spq and fwr, for their land in this inhospitable north we call canada.
