I am thinking ! We are sitting waiting for the announcement of infrastructure, what if Noront commited to built the East west road, they could make it a pay per use road, they could partner with the FN, they could sell it back to Ontario

What would the cost be to run the road to Eagles nest ?

I am sure they could raise the money assuming they Libs is approve the EA it may just force their hand.
