If Smeenk pulls it off, the railway into the ROF will propel NOT' value for more a reason than just its 13 % stake in KWG. Me thinks it is a matter of beneficial co-operation or merging which clearly will go through if railway is on. You do not build a railroad to one of the suburbs in JBL, more so to the heart of the chromite. This Is getting better and better.
