what is the most attractive price to buy NOT stock .22

is there a price for this stock that is a price that you would definetely buy more stock at.

like at 22 cents. on monday 1.5 million shares sold.

21 cents was the lowest in 3 years on monday, i was tempted but did not add more stock but in a wait and see holding pattern.

Stock slide to .21, followed by big stabalizing up trend back to 25 cents.

Ryan Weston purchase of 50,000 shares at .22, possible Coutts announcement soon

What does this mean, to the average joe today who wants to invest in this stock.
