Just look at the smile in the photo with Arcelor's final victory to snag essar Steel India with it's partners Japan’s Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corp..

The approval comes after the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on 28 February directed NCLT Ahmedabad to take a decision on ArcelorMittal’s offer for Essar Steel plan by 8 March

I'm sure they want to start making money after such a long fight for these assets.
