Telegraphing one's punches from a Provincial perspective, FH451, does not give impetus to a Federal counterpart who needs to take credit for what you have achieved in order to use it to his advantage; Scheer for Prime Minister.  Once a common party controls both the Provinicial, and Federal goverment, can you then advance your agendas without opposition, or usurpation by the Liberals.
