Message: Some toughts…

Just went trough the Offer paperworks. And listened to the beseeching voice message from Kingsdale

Some toughts... Personal obviously and all mine

I use to be aware of where stands the interest of who's prompting me to jump: Management would make a whole lot more than the 69, 75 or 129% premium they're hammering on and on on us.  Wyloo too by the way. Their average cost is more like 20 cents or so. Most long retail shareholders bear a cost in the dollar and over. So give me only half of your profit %, and I would perhaps consider jumping by your side!

Base for Management's support is relying on two verbal advices they received from TD and Stifel stating roughly "that the offer is fair on a financial stand point". It will be interesting to have a look at the formal appraisal to come but I guess that they did not base their verbal tip on what's actually in the ground, and in how much the asset value may have raised in view of what's coming up sooner than later regarding infrastructures, road, government commitments, FN agreements etc... and certainly not taking into account the impact of the inevitable electric-oriented powering environment that will soon surround us!

Also, lest not forget that we do own not only the huge nickel that is waiting extraction underneath, but also all the assets of Spider, Freewest plus a big chunk of KWG's chromite etc...

Yes we'll need harsh dilution-investing to get to the next steps of development, production, etc... But hey, we're used to that for many years!!!  We got hit so much during the last decade, with Bao, RCF, Wyloo... and we are still standing here, tall and holding tight!

I do not feel like boringly surrendering my long-held shares at this very moment, now that we are at the cusp (Wes' words!!) of the great Outcome! I am patient. My skin is not that fragile Mr BHP! Don't be fooled!

BHP knows what's in the ground and is in a lot better position than Cliffs was when Lourenco Goncalves slammed the door on the Ring shouting "no hope here in my lifetime"!  I believe that the RoF will finally se a (post-pandemic) revival. And probably a real one this time!

So, sorry Mr BHP, your yellow form will find its way to the recycle bin. GLTA!
