I'm still amazed by the complete silence of Canadian big miners... Perhaps they know how hard it may be to get the ore out of this remote far North FN territory... 

What would really build this bidding war up is a solid commitment by the goverments in place about Ring of Fire development, road, infras, FN agreements... 

Then every major would want to get its piece of the pie! And certainly to grab the golden goose itself for the first part!
