RCF/Wyloo anti-dilution rights

Does anyone know if (RCF's) Wyloo's 'rights' survived the termination of the convertible loan at the end of September? Up until then Wyloo as holder of the loan had the right to buy into any share offering proportional to its holding to avoid dilution. Does that right still exist or was it terminated with the loan terminating?
