I think one thing to note, is that alot of the current value of the "District" comes from thr chromite, and thus far BHP and Wyloo have only stated they are after thr Nickel. BUT i suspect they are only saying the nickel for this exact reason. 

When the report was done, I think that is was only bassed mostly on the Eagles Nest Value , which at the time based on rough numbers would have been 6 billion or so. This would give th insitu value of where Steifel was sitting for the  10% being "normal". Based on the current value of NOT. This however is not what Wyloo or BHP is buying. And they know it. Pay up boys. Or at leats pay bigger.. :)
