You've mentioned a few times the Ontario/Ford will buy/own 5-9% of NOT. 

Is that based on an expection of a Wyloo win? So far only Wyloo has offerred shareholder continuance. BHP has indicated they intend to buy 100% of NOT shares, leaving none for other interested parties/shareholders.

Or are you expecting BHP will come out with a revised offer that permits some shareholders to keep some of their shares? 

Or is the Ontario deal contingent upon BHP winning and selling a portion to Ontario after the deal closes?

Just trying to understand how Ontario would come to own 5-9% of NOT.
